Patricia (Pat) Jones

PATRICIA (PAT) JONES, age 77, of Jefferson City, TN passed away peacefully at home on April 7, 2019. She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church for 69 years. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who was an avid fan of her grandchildren’s sports activities. Preceded in death by parents, James and Pauline Ware; daughter, Tammy Gilbert. She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Wayne Jones; sons and daughters-in-law, Tim and Joan Jones, Chris and Stephanie Jones; grandchildren, Charles (Kelli) Gilbert, Chasity (Travis) Kiestler, Brad (Heather) Jones, Ashley Jones, Sophia Jones, Alex Jones; great-grandchildren, Jordan, Hailee Grace, Elijah, Kendall, Logan, Brody, Bryce, Lilly, Aria, and Baylor; sister and lifelong best friend, Carolyn (Clifford) Hodge; brothers, Ronnie (Shelby) Ware, Tommy (Dot) Ware; several nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, April 11, 2019 at Emmanuel Baptist Church with Dr. Sonny Strange officiating. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the service. Family and friends will gather at 10:45 a.m. Friday at Jefferson Memorial Gardens for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
