PATRICIA HOWARD, age 90, of Talbott, TN departed this life on January 29, 2024. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Jefferson City, and was retired from Appalachian Electric Company after 40 years of service. Preceded in death by her parents, J. L. and Margaret Miller Howard; brother, J. L. Howard, Jr. and sister, Norma Howard Rogers. She is survived by nephews, Patrick L. Rogers (Lynn), and James H. Rogers Jr. (Andrea); great-nephew, James E. Rogers (Jennifer); great-niece, Nikki Boling; and special friends, Sue Lindsey, Karen Smith, and Nancy and Gay Greene. At her request, there will be a private graveside service. A special thank you to all the caregivers she had over the years. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Noah’s Ark or Amedysis Hospice.
