Preceded in death by grandparents, John and Ethel Gann, James Howard Gann and special brother-in-law, Sam Jones. Survived by husband, Tommy A. Carlyle; parents, Bud and Betty Gann; sisters, Vicky Jones, Tammy Lee and husband, Dan; grandmother, Virginia Gann; father-in-law, Thurman Carlyle; sister-in-law, Vicky Scrubbs and husband, Dan; special nieces and nephews, Josh, Casey, Steven, Buddy and Nicki; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, April 17, 2005 at the Farrar Jefferson City Chapel with President Mike Moffat officiating. Interment will follow in Jefferson Memorial Gardens.
