Opal Cleo “McDaniel” Rupert age 77 of Jefferson City, passed away at 6:30 A.M. Friday, June 19, 2020 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. She is preceded in death by her parents: Joe and Nellie McDaniel and brother, Jim McDaniel. She is survived by her daughter; Kim Atherton and Son; James Carroll; grandchildren, Shaina and Shaun West and Dylan Carroll; 4 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Graveside Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at Community Chapel Cemetery with Rev. Darrell Chambers officiating.
