OPAL HORNER CHEATHAM, of Talbott, TN passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. Preceded in death by husband, Louis Cheatham; parents, Earl and Ruth Horner; sister, Ida Jo Horner; brothers, Calvin Horner and Jack Horner. Survived by daughter, Carolyn Carden; sister, Mary Ruth Boshears and husband William D.; grandchildren, Lisa Lethco, Randy Lethco and wife Tonya; great-grandchildren, Jacob Lethco, Adam Lethco, Autumn Cain, Brandon Cain and wife, Ciara; great-great-grandchildren, Kinley Lethco, Tatem Cain and Zoey Hodges; several nieces and nephews. Graveside funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 8, 2013 at Shady Grove Cemetery with Dr. Sonny Strange officiating. Family will receive friends Thursday evening from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Farrar Funeral Home.
