She was born February 17, 1935. She was a member of Hilltop Baptist Church. Preceded in death by father, Paul Collins; son, Richard Dennis Bell and brother, James David Collins. Survived by sons, Lester Bell of Jefferson City, Earl Reagan of Jefferson City, Myrle Reagan of Jefferson City, Johnny Reagan and wife, Dianne, of Jefferson City; twelve grandchildren; five great grandchildren; mother, Jennie Vee Collins of Jefferson City; sisters, Betty Sane of Jefferson City and Joyce Shaver of White Pine; brother, Don Collins of Jefferson City. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m. Friday, March 10, 2006 at Farrar Jefferson City Chapel with Reverend Dwayne Whittington officiating. Family and friends will gather at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 11, 2006 at the funeral home to proceed to Jefferson Memorial gardens for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Friends may call at their convenience at the home of Johnny and Dianne Reagan.
