She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and caregiver to her family who loved her very much. She had many friends who she loved dearly. She took early retirement and enjoyed taking lots of trips with many of these friends. She loved quilting and was well known for her hobby. She was the daughter of the late Chessie M. and Victor Worth. Preceded in death by her husband, Willie G. (Bill) Reneau, a veteran who lost his life in the line of duty during World War II; daughter, Lorene Reneau; brothers, Ramon Worth and Jimmy E. Worth; sister, Wilma W. Hurst; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, George and Lennie Reno, Arville and Pearl Reneau, Sam and Estee Reneau, Mary Loveday, Lestie and John D. Gann, Beulah Reneau and Belle Reneau. She is survived by daughter, Ruth Baird Powers; son and daughter-in-law, Willie L. (Buddy) and Betty Reneau; grandchildren, Lisa Baird and Dr. Jeffrey Yap, Melanie R. and Mark Kasaval, Leandra R. Puckett; great-grandchildren, Brittany, Gaylor, and Jaiden Kasaval, Ethan, Allie and Matthew Puckett; one sister, Mollie Gillespie; sister-in-law, Edna Worth; brother-in-law, Earl Hurst; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Henry and Ruth Ann Reno; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 29, 2008 at Farrar Funeral Home in Dandridge with Reverend Darrell Chambers officiating. Interment graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Hills Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
