Nina R. Hodgson

NINA R. SHARP HODGSON, age 90 of Dandridge, TN passed away Monday, May 22, 2017 at her home. She was the daughter of the late William and Alice Koontz Sharp and was preceded in death by her husband, Ellis M. Hodgson, Jr.; sisters, Billie Noe, Imogene Sharp; brother, Henry Sharp; son-in-law, Terry Davis. Nina was a member of the Shady Grove United Methodist Church and the Martha Dandridge Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star where she had served as Worthy Matron. Nina enjoyed the outdoors and golfing with her golf buddies at the Dandridge Golf and Country Club. She is survived by her children, Ella Davis, Jack (Melanie) Hodgson and Mack Hodgson; grandchildren, Lynn (Bethany) Davis, Trevor (Jamie) Hodgson, Cara (Sia) Vojdani and Lena Hodgson; great-grandchildren, Elise, Savannah, Ellis, Anisa, Crosby and Cooper. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 27, 2017, 11:30am at the Shady Grove United Methodist Church with Rev. Jason McIntosh and Dr. Caroline Goddard officiating.
