Nathan Ross Finchum

NATHAN ROSS FINCHUM, age 38, of Strawberry Plains, TN passed away July 28, 2018. He was a member of Beaver Creek Baptist Church. He knew no strangers and was a friend to all. He was employed by and an active member of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 760. Preceded in death by sister, Angel Finchum; grandparents, Sam and Jessie Finchum, H. C. Skeen. He is survived by his wife, Shannin Shepard Finchum; step-daughters, Jaylynn Campbell and Payne Walker; parents, Ann and James Finchum; brother and sister-in-law, Andrew and Dawn Finchum; nieces, Rebecca and Katelynn; nephews, Matthew and Ethan; grandmother, Jessie “Granny” Skeen; a large loving family and many special friends that he treasured and will miss him. Family and friends will gather at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at Beaver Creek Baptist Church Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service with Rev. Tommy Sartain and Rev. Toby Downey officiating. It is suggested that everyone wear Hawaiian print attire to the service in celebration of Nathan’s life.
