Naomi Woodruff Robison, 82, died peacefully at home on January 5, 2014. Having grown up in Carrollton, Georgia, she spent most of her adult life in Griffin, Georgia before moving to Jefferson City, Tennessee in 1994. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Charles Robison; two daughters and sons-in-law, Dr. Priscilla Jefcoat and Keith Jefcoat of Gainesville, Georgia, and Donna Rickman, RN, and Jeff Rickman, of Talbott, Tennessee; three grandchildren, Vince Rickman and wife Jenny Rickman of Talbott, Kathy Conway and Chris Jefcoat, both of Gainesville, Georgia, and five great-grandchildren.
She was a member of Leadvale Baptist Church in White Pine, Tennessee, where her husband has served as pastor and senior adult minister, except for a short period, since 1994.
Funeral services will be held at Leadvale Baptist Church on Thursday, January 9, at 7 p.m. with visitation beginning at 4 p.m. Rev. Charlie Harkleroad, Leadvale Baptist pastor, will officiate. The family requests that friends make donations to the Leadvale Baptist Church building fund in lieu of flowers.
Burial will be on Friday at 11:00 a.m. in Hillcrest Cementary in Dandridge.
Farrar Funeral Home of White Pine, Tennessee is in charge of arrangements.
