She was a member of George Street United Methodist Church and a retired employee of Magnavox. Preceded in death by her loving and devoted husband of 65 years, Ralph Slaton. Nanna Belle was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, sister and friend. She is survived by sons, Jim and Janie Slaton of Dandridge, Gary and Claudia Slaton of Lake Mary, Florida; grandchildren, China and Nate Enright of Seattle, Washington, Eva and Richard Talley of Dandridge, Deke Slaton of Dandridge, Jody and Shaun Slaton of Lake Mary, Florida; great grandchildren, Will, Ty, Jake, and Kate Talley; loving brother, C. E. and Gail Reneau of Morristown; sister-in-law, Loretta Bull; brothers-in-law, John and Barbara Slaton, and Bill and Dorothy Slaton; several loving nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the caring and loving staff of Darby House. Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Thursday, August 3, 2006 from the Farrar Jefferson City Chapel with Reverend Ginger Isom officiating. Graveside interment service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 4, 2006 at Jefferson Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
