Nancy Rue Rinehart

Nancy Rue Rinehart,age 71 of Cherokee Bluff Drive, Knoxville, TN passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2002 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center, following a brief illness. She was born July 19, 1931 in Knoxville, TN to Raymond and Nell Coleman Harrell. Nancy was employed by S. H. George & Son/Richs, and Baptist Hospital in Knoxville, Tn until 1957, when she moved to Pensacola, FL with her husband, Claude. In Pensacola, she was employed by Baptist Hospital and lived there for about seven years. She moved to Decatur, AL and joined St. Johns Episcopal Church in 1966. She moved to Gatlinburg, TN during retirement and has been a member of the Trinity Episcopal Church since 1994. She is survived by her husband, Claude F. Rinehart of Knoxville, TN; sister, Jane and husband, Bob Davis of Columbus, GA; brother, Ray Harrell of Knoxville, TN; many loving nieces, nephews, gret-nieces and great- great nieces and great-great nephews in Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama and Arizona. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, November 24 at the Episcopal Church of the Annunciation in Newport, TN with the Reverend David Garrett and the Reverend Charles Livermore officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Saturday, November 23 at the funeral home.
