NANCY E. FRANKLIN, age 74, of Life Care Center in Jefferson City, TN died on Thursday, September 3, 2015 at Ft. Sanders Medical Center. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Polly Franklin; sister, Julia Coile; and brother, Pad Franklin. She is survived by her sister, Carolyn (Bill) McLeod of Rogersville, sister-in-law, Buddie Ruth Franklin of Jefferson City; nephews, Tom (Valerie) McLeod of Talbott, Joe (Sherry) McLeod of Kingsport, Chris McLeod of Three Rivers, TX, and Jim (Jena) Franklin of New Market. Inurnment will be in Hebron Presbyterian Church Cemetery. You may visit at her burial site at your convenience. Donations to the church cemetery fund will be appreciated.
