Nancy Cox-Lowe

NANCY COX-LOWE, age 65, of Talbott, TN was reunited with her family in Heaven on October 29, 2016. She was a loving full time mother and grandmother who cherished her family. She was also an artist who loved to paint and draw. Preceded in death by her parents, John Cox, Sr. and Nannie Cox; sister, Patricia Sue Jackson; and brother, Robert (Bob) Cox. She is survived by her husband, Tim Lowe; daughter, Johnanna Belcher and her husband, Brent; grandchildren, Breanna, Luke and Jenna Elese Belcher; brother, John Cox and wife, Ruth; sister, Barbara Jean Smith; brother-in-law, Hershel Jackson; sister-in-law, Judy Cox Watkins; auntie, Agnes Farrar; and several nieces, nephews, and other family and friends. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at Farrar Funeral Home. Graveside funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday morning at Jefferson Memorial Gardens with Rev. Mel Hawkins officiating.
