Nancy Jo Cogdill

Nancy Jo Cogdill, age 70, of White Pine, TN passed away at her home on Wednesday, July 16, 2014 after a long courageous battle with cancer. She attended Crossroads Tabernacle before her illness kept her from going to church. She is preceded in death by her parents, Herman Taylor Gregg and Lidia D. Trentholm Gregg; brother, Carl Wendell Gregg; son, Michael Eugene Smiley. Survivors include her husband of 6 years; Philip Cogdill; son and daughter-in-law, Tim and Judy Smiley; step-son, Chris and Amy Cogdill; grandchildren, Daniel and Hannah Cogdill, Zack, Brandon, Noah and Jake Smiley; brothers and sisters, Jack Gregg, Mary Lynn and Allen Potter, Frances and Lynn Strange, Libby and Ed Cagle and Randall and Sue Gregg; several nieces, nephews and other family members. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 18, 2014, 7:00pm at Leadvale Baptist Church, with the Rev. Charlie Harkleroad officiating. Graveside Interment will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2014, 11:00am at Dandridge Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends on Friday from 5-7:00pm prior to the funeral service at the church.
