Mitchell E. "Pat" Patterson

MITCHELL E. Â?PATÂ? PATTERSON, age 85, of Dandridge, TN passed away Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center. He was a member of the Grace Baptist Church, veteran of the U.S. Army and was retired after 41 years as a meat department. specialist for A & P Grocery Co. He was the son of the late Leonard and Daisy Patterson and adoptive parents, Silas and Julie Patterson and was preceded in death by his sisters, Asalee, Alma, and Doris. Survived by wife, Dorothy Patterson; children, Jackie, Mike, Steve, Mark and Deedee; stepchildren, Ken, Jack and Kathy; 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; brother, Leonard Â?BobÂ? Patterson; sisters, Mildred and Carolyn and a host of friends, family, nieces and nephews. Funeral service Saturday, July 16, 2011 at 2:00pm at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to follow in Grace Baptist Church Cemetery. Family will receive friends Saturday 12:00 to 2:00pm prior to services at Farrar Funeral Home in Dandridge, TN.
