MILDREN L. FOX, age 70, of Talbott, TN passed away Saturday, October 4, 2008 at St. Mary's Jefferson Memorial Hospital. She was a retired employee of LeSportsac, Inc. She attended Kodak Church of Christ. Preceded in death by her parents, John E. and Zelma (Hightower) Manning; brother, Kenneth Manning of Michigan; sisters, Wilma Moore of Dandridge and Edna Tate of Knoxville. She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Henry L. Fox, Sr.; daughters and sons-in-law, Ramona L. (Garry) Atkins of Dandridge, and Janice C. (Jeffery) Taylor of Dandridge; son and daughter-in-law, Henry L. (Teresa) Fox, Jr. of Johnson City; grandchildren, Kelly L. Warren, Thomas E. Atkins, Jr. and Audrey D. Strange and their families, all of Morristown, Misty D. Taylor, Angel J. Moorefield and their families, all of Johnson City, Jeffery Scott and April Elizabeth Taylor, both of Dandridge. She had ten great-grandchildren; brothers, Lawrence G. Manning, Ray E. Manning, Robert V. Manning and Allen Manning, all of Dandridge, John E. (Jack) Manning of Kodak; sisters, Carolyn Taylor of Kodak and Mary Mcmahan of Knoxville; several nieces, nephews and many friends. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 7, 2008 from the Farrar Jefferson City Chapel with Ministers Randy Wells, Josh Allen and Ralph Clevenger officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m prior to the funeral service. Family and friends will gather at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday morning, October 8, 2008 at Farrar Funeral Home to proceed to Jefferson Memorial Gardens for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
