Mildred Knight

Mildred Knight, age 77, of White Pine, passed away at 7:20 a.m. Wednesday morning, January 1, 2003 at Morristown-Hamblen Helath Care Center in Morristown following an automobile accident. She attended the First Baptist Church of White Pine and worked for many years at Morristown Country Club. Ms. Knight was retired from the Anchor Brush Corp. with 15 years of service. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Bessie Knight; brother, James Knight; and nephew, Greg Knight. She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Paul "Mouse" and Mary Knight of White Pine; sister-in-law, Ruth Knight of White Pine; niece, Kay Holt of White Pine; nephews, Randy Knight of Morristown and Larry Knight of Knoxville; and several other relatives and friends. Funeral Services will be held at 8:00 p.m. Friday evening, January 3, 2003 from the Farrar Funeral Home Chapel in White Pine with Reverend Kenneth Richey and Reverend Leroy Hurst officiating. Family and friends will gather at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 4, 2003 at the funeral home to proceed to White Pine Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
