Mike Ponder

Mike Ponder, age 50 of Dandridge, TN died suddenly on Saturday, May 17, 2003 at his home. He was a retired design engineer for NBC Radio of Washington, DC and was presently a consultant. A veteran of the US Army, he was a member of the French Broad Baptist Church. Preceded in death by his father, John W. Ponder. Survived by mother, Lorene White Ponder of Dandridge; sister, March Oberto of Montrose, CO; brother, Mark Ponder of Dandridge. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 20, 2003 from the Farrar Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Hensly officiating. Interment to follow in Union Cemetery, Newport, TN.
