Michael Talley

Michael Talley, age 52 of White Pine, passed away after a brief illness at his home on Thursday, March 5, 2015. Michael was a lover of life, family and community; he never met a stranger and enjoyed all of his friends, old and new. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in White Pine. He is preceded in death by his mother; Bessie Williams Talley, nephew; Shane Talley and niece; Kenda Talley. Survivors include his wife of 30 years; Brenda Hall Talley, children; Shawn Ivy, Michelle (Artie) Willis and Cannan Talley, grandchildren; Dylan Willis, Lauren Roberts, Jarred Willis, Ashlyn Ramey, Hunter Ivy, Haeden Willis and Reagan Willis, great-grandchildren; Ayden Roberts, Ivy Ramey, Jackson Willis, Kinley Roberts and Colton Ramey, father; Albert Talley, brothers and sisters; Tommy (Patti) Talley, Timmy Talley, Shelia (Dale) Sprouse and Kim (Steve) Dennis also several nieces, nephews and numerous friends. Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, March 8, 2015, 3:00pm at First Baptist Church in White Pine, with the Rev. Dennis Alder and Rev. Brian Osborne officiating. Family will receive friends from 1:00pm to 3:00pm prior to the service.
