Michael Perkins

MICHAEL PERKINS, age 65, of Jefferson City, TN passed away on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at UT Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, James Earl and Sara Perkins; and sister, Patty Gibson. He is survived by his wife, Doris Perkins; special nephews, Timothy Gibson (Melissa), and Michael Gibson; brother, James E. Perkins II (Leslie); and several nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Dr. Wahid Hanna and staff, Dr. Raymond Dieter, Maci O’Connor, Amanda Rutherford, Barbara Easterly, Wendy Hughel, and the UT Hospital staff of 12 East for the care and compassion shown Mr. Perkins and his family. Memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Saturday, May 9, 2015 at Farrar Funeral Home with Rev. Bob Province officiating. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the service.
