Broadway Blvd. Jefferson City, TN 37760 Phone (865) 475-3892 Fax (865) 475-9916 OBITUARY: MERRI FRANCES '"FRAN" SNODDERLY PYLE, age 45, originally from Jefferson County, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 10, 2007. She was employed by the city of Knoxville in the Parks and Recreation Department and taught for many years at the Knoxville Arts and Fine Crafts Center. She was an active member and lay leader of Mascot United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Wanda Mae Snodderly and grandparents, Homer and Mary Ruth Bramlett and Frances Willard and M. E. Snodderly. Survived by husband of 15 years, Tom Pyle; 14 year old daughter, Sarah Kathryn "Katie" Pyle; and several special aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, and friends. Fran lived her life with great style and humor. No gathering was ever dull if she was in attendance. She had a wonderful love for all living things. Fran will be dearly missed, but her legacy is still very much alive in her precious daughter, Katie. Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 13, 2007 from the Farrar Jefferson City Chapel with Rev. Brenda Woods and Rev. Ginger Isom officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 a.m. Thursday morning at Strawberry Plains Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Katie's honor at First Peoples Bank, P. O.
