Merna Miller

MERNA MILLER, age 93, of New Market, TN passed away on February 8, 2011 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. She was an active member of the Piedmont Baptist Church where she belonged to the Ever Ready Sunday School Class, and was a retired employee of Tennessee Handbags. Preceded in death by father and mother, George and Ruth Carter Miller; sister, Helen Lambert; and brothers, Carl and Glenn Miller. She is survived by sister, Katherine Baker; brother, Fred Miller; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, February 10, 2011 at Piedmont Baptist Church with Rev. Bob Neal officiating. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the service. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 Friday morning at Piedmont Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
