MCCLAIN, age 72 of Jefferson City, TN passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2005 . He was a member of Wallace Memorial Baptist Church and served in the U. S. Navy from 1959 thru 1962. Preceded in death by parents, Alvin Clay and Rose Viel McClain and sister, Dolly Morgan. Survived by wife, Brenda S. McClain; sons, Terry L. McClain and Wendell Todd McClain, both of Knoxville; brothers, Howard McClain and Scotty McClain; sisters, Lillian Brookshire and Linda Douglas; grandchildren, Tarah, Daniel and Tyler McClain, David Seth McClain, Laken, Ashley, Lucas, Dalton, Dylan and Breanna McClain; several nieces and nephews. Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, July 6, 2005 at the Tennessee Veterans Cemetery in Knoxville with full military honors. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 5, 2005 at Farrar Funeral Home in Jefferson City.
