Melvin " Junior" Thomas Humphrey, Jr.

MELVIN T. “JUNIOR” HUMPHREY, JR. age 61 of Dandridge  passed Monday, December 18, 2023 following a long illness. He was a stone mason for over 30 years and was an avid golfer who enjoyed outdoor activities. Junior was an enthusiastic UT Volunteers fan and enjoyed coaching youth athletic teams. He was the son of the late Melvin “Sputnick” and Nina (Morgan) Humphrey and is survived by his wife, Carol Humphrey, brothers, Ritchie and Rodney (Lisa) Humphery; daughter, Kelly Overbay; grandsons, Gavin Noe and Finn Overby.  In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial gifts be made Farrar Funeral Home, P.O. Box 1025, Dandridge, TN 37725 for assistance with funeral expenses.
