Sanders Regional Medical Center following a brief illness. He was a member of Block Springs Baptist Church and was retired from Mason-Dixon Trucking Lines with 37 years of service. Preceded in death by wife, Bonella Blair; parents, Walter and Elsie Blair; brother, Kenneth Blair and sister, Kathleen Foster. He is survived by daughter, Roseann Barron of Blaine, TN; son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Jane Blair of Talbott, TN; grandchildren, Renee Couch and husband, Chuck, Mike Perrin and wife, Linda, Tony Blair and wife, Marietta; Mark Blair; Beverly Livesay and husband, Shannon, Sarah Weidman and husband Jackie; great grandchildren, Tara and Courtney Couch, Sabrina Perrin, Elizabeth and Anthony Blair, Scott and Ashley Blair and Rachel Livesay; several nieces and nephews and very special friend, Nancy Watkins. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m. Monday, May 7, 2007 from the Farrar Jefferson City Chapel with Reverend T. H. Ferrell and Reverend Ruben Couch officiating. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. prior to the funeral service. Family and friends will gather at 10:45 a.m. Tuesday, May 8, 2007 at Block Springs Baptist Church Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
