Maurice "Mo" Slagle

Maurice “Mo” Slagle, age 56, of Telford, TN, formerly of New Market, TN, passed peacefully on December 5, 2021 surrounded by his family. Mo was a graduate of Jefferson County High School and East Tennessee State University. He also proudly served in the U. S. Marine Corps. He was preceded in death by his parents, Vernon and Pansy Slagle; and brother, Ronnie Slagle. He is survived by his son, Lucas Slagle of Telford; brother, Jim and sister-in-law, Andrea; niece, Kayla Switzer (Cory); nephew, Ian Slagle (Hannah); great-niece, Addie; great-nephews, Sawyer, Paxton and Pryor. Service will be held at a later date. The family would like to thank the compassionate caregivers at James H. Quillen VA Medical Center.
