Mattie Lee (Nannie) Hinkle

MATTIE LEE (NANNIE) HINKLE, age 84, of White Pine, TN passed away Tuesday, November 13, 2007 at Morristown Hamblen Healthcare System. She was the daughter of the late Elmer and Clemmie Eisenhower and was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Hinkle; granddaughter, Pamela Hinkle Howell; brothers, Wilbur, Dee and Cecil Eisenhower; sister, Beatrice Johnson. Mrs. Hinkle was a charter member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church of Morristown. Survived by her daughters, Pat (Phil) Jacobs of Morristown, Barbara (Buddy) Taylor of White Pine; son, Gale (Wylene) Hinkle of Morristown; sisters, Nancy Ellenburg of Simpsonville, SC, Barbara J. Stuart of Fredericksburg, VA; and her grandchildren, Tracey and Shannon, Terri and Michael, Jose` and Jamie, Estrella and Danny, Karen and Robert, Angie and Bob, and Kacie; also her greatgrandchildren, Randall, Taylor, Kayla, Ryan,Sarah, Joe, Madison, Austin, Michael, Ethan, Lucas, Alex, Drew, Bradley, Logan, Ethan, Jessica; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Thursday, Novemer 15, 2007 in the Farrar White Pine Chapel with Rev. Mike Huntley officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. prior to the service. Family and friends will gather at Hamblen Memory Gardens on Friday, November 16, 2007 at 10:50 a.m. for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
