Mary Maxine Wood

Mary Maxine Wood, age 83 of White Pine, passed away at 2:15 p.m. Saturday, August 25, 2002 at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System following a brief illness. She was of the Baptist Faith. She is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Clyde Edward Wood of the home; sons and daughters-in-law, Dennis G. and Regina Wood of Morristown and Hugh and Brenda Wood of White Pine; grandsons, Dennis V. Wood, Joey Wood, and Justin Wood; great grandsons, Austin Wood and Dawson Wood; brother, Henry Tate Dennis of Morristown; sister, Juanita Travis of Morristown; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 8 p.m. Tuesday evening, August 27, 2002 from the Farrar Funeral Home Chapel in White Pine with Reverend Charlie Harkleroad officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday morning, August 28, 2002 for an 11 a.m. graveside service. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Tuesday evening prior to the service at the funeral home.
