Mary Belle Pinkston Price

Mary Belle “Pinkston” Price, age 86 of Dandridge passed away on Monday, August 15, 2022.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Dandridge and a member of the Martha Dandridge Garden Club.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Marshall B Pinkston Sr. and Susie Mae Spears Pinkston; her husband of 61 years, Lige Samuel Price; son, Jerry Marshall Price; and brothers  Marshall "Tony" Pinkston Jr. and Joe Harold Pinkston.

Mary is survived by her son, Terry S. (Sue) Price; daughter, Mary Carol Price Merritt (fiance-Richard Venable); grandchildren, Brenda Price (Chad) West, Randy Merritt, Sarah Merritt (DJ) Trentham, Terry Price and Amanda Price (Jonathan) Schoop; 10 great grandchildren; sisters,  Doris "Missy" (Jerry) Cantrell, and Joycann Pinkston (Ronnie) Lane; brothers, Daris M. Pinkston and William “Billy” (Pam) Pinkston.

A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, August 18, 2022 at 1:00pm at Hillcrest Cemetery with Dr. Richard Carter officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Parkinson's Association in Mary's name.
