Mary Shrader Parker

Mary Shrader Parker, age 76, of Dandridge, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday evening, March 13, 2003 at Ft. Sanders Regional Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Gene and Pauline Hill Shrader and was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Parker and brother, Sam Shrader. Mary was a member of the Dandridge First United Methodist Church, where she was active in her church work and bible studies. She also was a member of the Martha Dandridge Garden Club and the V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary. She is survived by her son and daughter in law, Craig and Edie Parker of Harriman, TN; niece, Paula Fisher and husband, mark and son, Timothy; nephew, Mark Shrader and wife, Buffy. She also leaves to cherish her memory numerour cousins and many special friends who she cared for dearly. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorials be made to the MT. Zion Cemetery Fund, c/o Charles White, 2004 Heather Glen Rd., Knoxville, TN 37919 or the Dandridge First United Methodist Church, P. O. Box 8, Dandridge, TN 37725. Graveside funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday, March 16, 2003 at Hillcrest Cemetery with Rev. Dan Moore officiating.
