Mary Elizabeth Jaynes Henry

MARY ELIZABETH JAYNES HENRY, age 79, of Dandridge, TN passed away Friday morning, March 18, 2011 following an extended illness. She was the daughter of the late Roy T. and Sarah Stonecypher Jaynes and was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Gene Henry and brothers, Roy and Donald Jaynes and nephew, Roy Jaynes. She was a member of the Seahorn?s Chapel United Methodist Church. Mary Elizabeth was a classical pianist who enjoyed playing her for church, community, special functions and her family?s? enjoyment. She will be remembered for her fabulous cooking, her enjoyment of reading, tending to her flower gardens, her joy for adventurous travel and the tender loving care for family and pets. She is survived by her daughter, Sandy Huskey and Tim Hurst ; sons, Mike and Marilyn Henry and Gene Henry, II; grandsons, Dan and Pamela Huskey, Matthew Henry and Tyler Henry; great-grandchildren, Charlie Ann, Brodey Lee and Raylee Ann Huskey; special friend, Rena` Mayes Henry; special pets, Tut, Wendy and Bandit. Funeral service will be Sunday, March 20, 2011, 4:00pm at Seahorn?s Chapel United Methodist Church with Rev. Curtis Franklin officiating. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.
