She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church of Jefferson City. Preceded in death by her parents, Claude Sisk and Eliza Douglas Sisk of Newport; brothers, Tom B. Sisk, Sr. of San Antonia, Texas, Claude (Jack) Sisk of White Pine, and William (Joe) Sisk of Jefferson City. She is survived by her daughter, Angela Noe of Jefferson City; son, Tim Noe of Jefferson City; and grandchildren, Michael, Matthew and Nicholas Noe, all of Jefferson City; sisters, Sue Swann of Newport, Betty Cogdill of White Pine, and Lois Wise of Dandridge; brothers, Rev. J. D. Sisk and Robert F. Sisk, both of Newport. Family and friends will gather at 11:30 a.m. Monday, May 31, 2004 at Farrar Funeral Home to proceed to Jefferson Memorial Gardens for a 12:00 noon graveside service with Reverend Randall Swann and Reverend J. D. Sisk of Newport officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Sunday, May 30, 2004 at the funeral home.
