She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Dandridge and a retired school teacher for the Jefferson County School System. Preceded in death by husband, Earl Henry; son, Eddie Henry; father and mother, Hal and Pearl Harris. Survived by nieces, Ann Deatherage and husband, Joe of Norris, TN, Nita Oakwood and husband, Richard of Irvington, AL, Charlotte Clark and husband, Charlie of Oak Ridge, TN; nephews, Lynn Essary of Tazewell, TN, Jo Edd Essary and wife, Susan of Tazewell, TN, Jim Harris and wife, Setsuko of Oliver Springs, TN; several great nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, November 8, 2007 at the First Baptist Church in Dandridge with Dr. Earl McCosh officiating. Interment will follow the service in Hillcrest Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
