Sanders Regional Medical Center. Preceded in death by parents, William D. Rush, Sr. and Alice Ruth Rush; and son, Johnny Ray Lowery. She is survived by sons, Steve Lowery of Clinton, TN and William Ford of Jefferson City, TN; daughters, Tisa Reynolds of Gallipolis, OH and Elizabeth Marie Wilmoth of Rogersville, TN; grandchildren, Mindy Hurst of Knoxville, TN, Tabitha Hurst, Stephanie Hurst and Kevin Hurst II, all of Clinton, TN; sisters, Wanda Muncey, Betty Johnson, Janice Hansard and Judy Benjamin; brother, David Rush; special niece, Regina Vandinter; several other nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, November 15, 2007 at Farrar Funeral Home in Jefferson City with Reverend David Mason and Reverend Steve Evans officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
