She was owner of the Leeper Hardware in Jefferson City and a former Home Economics teacher in Jefferson County. She was a member of the French Broad Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her parents, Gilbert N. and Beulah Couch; husband, Robert (R. J.) Leeper; brothers, Gilbert Couch and Earl Couch; and sister, Mildred Denton. She is survived by her son, Terry N. Leeper; daughter and son-in-law, Lisa L. and Greg Williams; grandsons, Brian and Eric Williams; sister-in-law, Edith Drinnon. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 18, 2005 at the Farrar Jefferson City Chapel with Reverend Ross Brummett and Reverend Don Mitchell officiating. Family and friends will gather at 10:45 a.m. Thursday, May 19, 2005 at the French Broad Baptist Church Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the French Broad Baptist Church, P. O.
