She was a member of the Church of God of Jefferson City. Survived by husband, Irvin Carter of New Market; daughters and sons-in-law, Lois and Steve Wright of New Market, Debbie and Bill Colboch of Jefferson City; sons and daughters-in-law, Leslie and Charlotte Carter of Mascot, William and Cecilia Carter of Jefferson City; ten grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be at 8:00 p.m., Saturday, March 13, 2004 from the Farrar Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Walter Isbill and Reverend Dale Young officiating. Graveside interment service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 14, 2004 at Buffalo Grove Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Saturday prior to the service at the funeral home.
