HALL, age 71, of Dandridge, TN went to be with the Lord on Wednesday evening, May 7, 2008. He was born April 25, 1937 in Insull, KY, the son of the late Sam and Mary Hall. A veteran of the U. S. Navy, he retired from the Bell County, KY School System following 25 years of service, and was a devoted member and Sunday School teacher at Swanns Chapel Baptist Church. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed gardening and working for his church and being with his family. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 49 years, Delores Hall of Dandridge; daughter, Debbie Hunter of Harrogate, TN; grandchildren, Justin Stewart and Brittany Hunter; sisters, Nevada Elwood (Jennings) of New Lexington, OH, Sue Ann Miracle of Dandridge and Emma Carmony (Charles) of Dandridge; brother, Sam (Violet June) Hall of Dandridge; several nieces and nephews and many friends left to mourn his passing. Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Friday, May 9, 2008 at the Farrar Dandridge Chapel with Reverend Mark Wilson and Reverend Randy Haun officiating. Interment graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 10, 2008 at Green Hills Cemetery in Middlesboro, KY. The family will receive friends 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. prior to the service.
