Martin Earl Carmichael

MARTIN EARL CARMICHAEL, age 79 of Dandridge, TN went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 16, 2020. He was a dedicated and active member of Grace Baptist Church of Dandridge. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Lloyd, and May Carmichael; son, James Carmichael; son-in-law, Jason Bryant. Martin is survived by his wife of 41 years, Henrietta (Cookie) Carmichael; daughter, Carrie Bryant, future son-in-law, Lucas Lane; special grandsons, Alex, Zak, and Jacob Bryant; son, Bob Carmichael and family; children, Greg and Phillip Carmichael and Karen Holt and their families; brothers, Don (Sharon) Carmichael, Lynn (Barbara) Carmichael and Louis (Eva) Carmichael along with a host of nieces, nephews, special family, and friends. In lieu of flowers the family request memorial gifts be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Funeral services will be Saturday, September 19, 2020, 2:00pm at Grace Baptist Church of Dandridge with Pastor Perry Davis officiating. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.
