Martha "Mott" Ellen Gann Gregg

MARTHA “MOTT” ELLEN (GANN) GREGG, age 71, of Dandridge, TN passed away on May 29, 2020 after a long and brave fight with a chronic illness. Martha was a devoted and loving Momma and Mammie. She worked for 43 years for American Accessories (Epco). Martha was preceded in death by son, Joey Gregg; grandson, Cannon Griffin; mother and father, Vollie and Pauline Gann; brothers, Ottis, Carroll and Bob Gann; sisters, Judy Gann and Frances Hall. Martha is survived by daughter, Melina Rogers; grandchildren, Teressa (Trevallon) Penney, Ethan Rogers, Callon Pierce, Sarah Kelly; great-grandchildren, Isaiah, Isabella, and Ilexis Penney, and Joshua Rogers; other family members include Glenn Gregg, Jossie Griffin and Elizabeth Crooke; brothers, George “Joe” Gann; close sister, Jan (Michael) Reagon; estranged sisters, Nancy Green and Betty Boots; very close friend and sister-in-law, Evelyn Dockery; sisters-in-law, Glenna Hollifield and Becky Sparks; special nieces, Michelle Rickard and Teresa Metcalf; and many other nieces and nephews; close family friend, Brenda Morgan; along with many other family and friends. Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 1, 2020 at Mountain View Cemetery with Rev. Jimmy Norris officiating.
