Marjorie B. McCorkle

Marjorie B. McCorkle, of White Pine, Tennessee and a resident of the Jefferson County Nursing Home, passed away on Saturday evening, October 26, 2002. She was the daughter of the late Ray C. and Minnie Walker Bell and was preceded in death by her husband, R. C. McCorkle. A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, Mrs. McCorkle was a life long member of the Westminister Presbyterian Church and was a homemaker. She is survived by her son James and wife Gladys McCorkle of White Pine; daughter, Anna Rhea Peoples of Nashville; grandchildren, William D. Dennis, Susan M. Ottinger, Jo Ellen M. Venable and Lisa D. Nuss; great grandchildren, Jeremy Allen, B. J. Dennis, Christy Crawford and Jennifer Nuss; great great grandchild, Alexic Crawford. Funeral services will be held Monday, October 28, 2002 at 8:00 p.m. at the Farrar White Pine Chapel with Dr. R. R. Turner officiating. Interment graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 29, 2002 at the White Pine Cemetery.
