Marion Lynn Tipton

MARION LYNN TIPTON, age 62, of Dandridge, TN passed away Sunday evening, May 4, 2014. He was a retired employee of U.S. Steel. Preceded in death by his daughter, Lindsey Williams and father, George Tipton. A beloved son, brother and grandfather, he will be greatly missed by all that knew him. He is survived by his mother, Mary Manning Collins; grandchildren, Isiah Gerrod and Gracie Williams; brothers, Bill (Mary) Tipton, Everett (Sue) Tipton; sisters, Karen (Dennis) Morgan, Phyllis Williams, several nieces and nephews. Funeral services, Tuesday, 7:00pm at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tommy Lindsey officiating. Interment graveside services, Wednesday, 9:00am at Hillcrest Cemetery. Family will receive friends Tuesday evening, 5:00 to 7:00pm at FARRAR FUNERAL HOME, DANDRIDE
