Marilyn Ann "Gembecki" Rex

MARILYN ANN “GEMBECKI” REX, age 75, of Maryville, TN and formerly of Brentwood, Long Island, New York, passed away on Thursday, August 4, 2022 at home. Preceded in death by parents, Benjamin and Lillian Gembecki. She is survived by her husband, Laurence Rex; children, Jessica Richards (Tom), and Steven Rex; grandchildren, Tommy Richards, Rachel Rex, Jackie Hicks, and Samantha Richards; great-grandchild, Chloe Hicks; brother, Richard Gembecki (Elizabeth). and many nieces and nephews. Funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church with Father Jim Harvey officiating. Family will receive friends from 2:00 until 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at Farrar Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her honor to either a children's charity or an animal charity.
