Margaret Thomas Romines

MARGARET THOMAS ROMINES, age 68, of Jefferson City, TN went to be with Jesus on Monday, February 2, 2009 at her home surrounded by her family and the angels that came to accompany her to heaven. She was a member of Knoxville Tabernacle. Although Margaret had no children of her own, she was a loving mother to several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Winfred and Gladys Thomas; brothers, Billy and Clarence; sister, Betty. Survived by her husband, Lee Romines; brothers, Cliff (Katherine) Thomas, Robert (Bernice) Thomas, Ray Thomas, Rick (Marilyn) Thomas, David (Penny) Thomas; several nieces and nephews; special nephew, Ricky Thomas and wife, Amerita. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 4, 2009 from the Farrar Jefferson City Chapel with her nephew, Chris Thomas officiating. Family and friends will gather at 10:45 a.m. Thursday morning at Jefferson Memorial Gardens for an 11:00 a.m. entombment service with her nephew, Mike Shepherd officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the funeral service on Wednesday evening. Margaret loved her family more than herself and always put others first.
