Margaret J. Reece Jenkins

MARGARET J. REECE JENKINS, age 69, of Dandridge, TN passed away peacefully Saturday evening, August 15, 2009 at her home. She was a member of the Dandridge First United Methodist Church and was a retired beautician/cosmetologist for the Shannondale Healthcare Center in Knoxville. She was a much loved wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed her family, many friends and caring for others in many supportive and compassionate ways. Preceded in death by her father and mother, James R. Reece, Jr. and Nora Love Lane Reece; brother, R. J. Reece and nephew, Chris Reece. Survived by husband, Tom Jenkins; children, Denyse (James) England, Randy (Monica) Evans, Sharon Moore and Jason Jenkins; grandchildren, Krystal Usrey, Taylor Morris, Blake Evans, Joe and Jake Moore; sister-in-law, Norma Reece; nephew, Greg Reece. Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 18, 2009 at the Dandridge First United Methodist Church with Rev. Jay Ferguson and Rev. Hugh Kilgore officiating. Interment graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Swanns Chapel Cemetery. The family suggests that memorials be made to the Dandridge First United Methodist Church, PO Box 8, Dandridge, TN 37725.
