Margaret Mills Drinnon

Margaret Mills Drinnon, age 77 of Jefferson City, TN passed away on Monday, May 29, 2023 at home with her family by her side.  She is preceded in death by Dr. J.E. Mills and Nola Catron Mills, she was their only child.  She was a native of Hancock County, TN and graduated from Carson Newman College and the University of Tennessee.  She had a career in education in Hamblen County where she taught first grade at Alpha Primary.  She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Don Drinnon, daughter and son-in-law, Sarah and Todd Pokorny, grandchildren, Kylah, Lilly, and Willow Pokorny.  The family would like to thank friends, co-workers, caregivers, and U.T. Hospice for all the help they provided for so many years.
