Margaret K. Devotie

MARGARET K. DEVOTIE, age 89, of Jefferson City, TN went home to be with Jesus on March 2, 2019. She is preceded in death by her parents, Bazil and Mae Talley; husband, Charlie Devotie; grandson, Jimmy Case; brothers, Roger and Blair Talley; sisters, Elizabeth Cockrum and Jean Smith. She is survived by her children, Ethel (Jim) Case, Jane (Ronnie) Humbard, Bertie (Dwight) Hensley, Phillip (Gail) Devotie, Robin (Norman) Smith, and Jonathan Devotie; fourteen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; brother, Fain Talley; several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends and relatives. A special thanks to Dr. Nathan Smith and UT Medical Center staff for their excellent care our mother. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at River of Life Tabernacle Prayer and Praise with Rev. Garland Sergent and Rev. Dwight Hensley officiating. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the service. Family and friends will meet at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday morning at Farrar Funeral Home to proceed to Westview Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
