Margaret Satterfield Davis

MARGARET SATTERFIELD DAVIS, age 83, of Dandridge, TN passed away Wednesday, April 16, 1008 at Columbus Hospice House in Columbus, GA following a brief illness. She was the daughter of the late Walter and Gladys Williford Satterfield and was also preceded in death by her husband, David C. Davis; and brothers, J. W. "Bill" Satterfield and Wendall Satterfield. She was a member of the French Broad Church of the Brethren and was a loving, caring lady who will be sadly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, June and Glenn Willis of Salem, AL; grandchildren, Amanda Morgan, Meredith Duke and John Willis; great-granddaughter, Olivia Morgan; brother and sister-in-law, Leroy and Donna Satterfield; sisters, Mary Ellen Price and Alice Satterfield Beasley; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 18, 2008 at French Broad Church of the Brethren with Rev. Ron Wine officiating. Interment to follow in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. Friday prior to the service at the church.
