Maggie J. Hurst

MAGGIE J. HURST, age 80, of Dandridge, TN passed away Monday evening, January 22, 2007 at the Jefferson Health and Rehab Center. She was a member of the Swanns Chapel Baptist Church and was the daughter of the late Willie and Lochiel Depew. A loving wife and mother, and she was loved by all who knew her. Survived by husband of 53 years, James Haske;; "Hack" Hurst; daughter, Geniva Williams and fiance` Mark Hughes of Strawberry Plains; son, James D. (Jimmy) Hurst of Knoxville; grandchildren, Holli Mayes and husband, Tim, Ashley Nicole Mcalpin and fiance`, Russell Smith and Johnathan M. Hurst; great-grandchildren, Russell Smith IV, Davan E. Mayes and Bryndyn C. Smith; sisters, Theresa Jones of Lynn Haven, FL, Charlotte Kenney of Hartsell, AL; brother, Conard Depew of Kingsport, TN; special niece, Lois West, and several other nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 24, 2007 at the Farrar Dandridge Chapel with Rev. Danny Henderson officiating. Interment graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday at Swanns Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 prior to the service at the funeral home.
