She was a member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church. Preceded in death by parents, Lee and Eliza Ingram Welch. She is survived by her twin sister, Faye Welch of the home; uncles and aunts, Jack and Minnie Welch, Maude Lowe, Orbin and Ellen Ingram, Martha Welch and Bobby and Jennie Welch, all of Talbott; several cousins and a special friend, Bernard Hopkins. She had an abundance of friends throughout the community. The family will receive friends Friday evening, April 27, 2007 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Farrar Funeral Home in Jefferson City. The funeral service will follow at 8:00 p.m. with Reverend Kenny Boling, Reverend Horace Green and Reverend Scott Cline officiating. Family and friends will gather at 10:45 a.m. Saturday, April 28, 2007 at Community Chapel Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
